How I Started

 My name is Ryan Masefield, I am 23 years old, and I am a dedicated personal trainer with a passion for helping people transform their fitness and confidence. I believe that training goes beyond the gym, it is about hard work and dedication both inside and outside of the gym. 


I am a Singaporean citizen, being born and raised here my whole

 My name is Ryan Masefield, I am 23 years old, and I am a dedicated personal trainer with a passion for helping people transform their fitness and confidence. I believe that training goes beyond the gym, it is about hard work and dedication both inside and outside of the gym. 


I am a Singaporean citizen, being born and raised here my whole life. Throughout living here, I have adapted the mentality to remain dedicated, and passionate about whatever I put my mind towards. This was especially prominent throughout my time during National Service, where I worked in the medical wing of the Navy.

I originally started out as an extremely insecure young boy, who wanted to feel comfortable and confident in my own body. At the age of 14 I decided to start my fitness journey, which has led me to become extremely passionate about this today. I want to help people who felt like I did feel comfortable in their own skin. 


My passion for fit

I originally started out as an extremely insecure young boy, who wanted to feel comfortable and confident in my own body. At the age of 14 I decided to start my fitness journey, which has led me to become extremely passionate about this today. I want to help people who felt like I did feel comfortable in their own skin. 


My passion for fitness continued to grow, which led me to want to explore this through education. I hold a Sports and Exercise Science background, and more recently have also gained a Sports Massage Certification, which allows me to approach fitness from both a performance and recovery perspective. I’m also CPR+AED certified, ensuring that all training sessions are conducted with the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that practicing healthy habits, will lead to a healthy lifestyle.  I have always wanted to help others who are in need of training.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a range of clients, from individuals looking at gaining muscle specifically, to clients that are more focused on losing fat. All of my clients have gone on to achieve incredible results, both in body composition and overall health. Through dedication and consistent mentorship, they worked hard to achieve their specific goals. 

Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose fat, or simply feel better in your own body, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

- Singapore Republic Polytechnic Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science

- PSB Academy Certificate in Sports and Exercise Science

- FitAsia Sports Massage Therapy Certificate 

- Taekwondo Black Belt (3rd Dan)
